Miracle of miracles
the sun returns, grows
green leaves on bare trees
and up the dead stalk of a rose
Blossoms push through rocky soil,
tender shoots pierce clods of earth,
relentless as the snows of winter
hiding nature’s plans for birth
Miracle of miracles
stem
seeks
sun,
soars
toward
sky,
grows
with
warmth
as
life
seeks
Light
