Once
a caged bird,
I’ve been
set free.
Emancipated
Scrooge,
hopping
with glee.
I’m
a wild horse,
now free
to run.
Unfolding
rose,
feeling
the sun.
Amorphous
cloud,
hindered
by none.
Emptied
of self,
full
of redemption.
